1. How do I pair a climate device with my phone?

• First download a HomeWizard Climate App on your phone and create a HomeWizard account.
• Then click “Add new Climate Device” button. If it’s your first device, you can click it right away. If you already have a Climate Device, then click the device name on the top of the screen, you will see add new device button.
• Select the device you want to connect.
• Start setup by following the App instruction.

2. The timezone on my “Homewizard Climate” App is not correct?

You can change the timezone from “setting - my climate devices - (select your climate device) - time zone - synchronize timezone.

3. How do I use Amazon Alexa to control my HomeWizard Climate devices?

• First setup your Amazon Alexa according to the instructions from Amazon.
• You should have a HomeWizard account and have a device in HomeWizard Climate App.
• Log in to your Alexa App, search for “HomeWizard Climate” skill in the Alexa App and enable it.
• Follow the steps in the Alexa App to connect your HomeWizard Climate devices to Alexa.
•  Start control your HomeWizard Climate devices with Alexa. 

4. How do I use Google Assistant to control my HomeWizard Climate devices?

• You should have a HomeWizard account and have a device in HomeWizard Climate App.
• First set up your Google Assistant according to the instructions from Google.
• In the “Works with Google” search “HomeWizard Climate”.
• Follow the steps in the Google Assistant to connect your HomeWizard Climate devices to Google.
• Start control your HomeWizard Climate devices with Google Assistant.

5. My Wi-Fi network can’t be found during set up?

Ensure that you are using a 2.4G WiFi network.
