Fryers are available in many different types and sizes. Choose a double frying pan or an extra large frying pan (4 litres) if you often cook large quantities. Or choose the Princess mini-electric fryer (1.2 litres) if you only cook for one or two people.
All Princess electric fryers have a cold zone and a Safety Oil Filter. The cold zone ensures that the bottom section below the element does not get hot so the oil there is cooler. This ensures that crumbs that sink to the bottom do not get burnt, so the oil remains cleaner and fresher, which is better for your health. The Safety Oil Filter prevents excessive splashing and sizzling of the oil and makes a Princess electric fryer even safer to use.
Whichever fryer you choose, frying is easy! All you have to do is heat the oil, lower the food into the oil and wait a couple of minutes until it is ready. When finished, remove the inner pan(s) and place it (or them) in a dishwasher. Enjoy your food!
