• 100 gr spinach
• 1/2 avocado
• 20 gr of almonds
• 1/2 banana
• 1 glass of water

• Blender
Preparation method
Place all ingredients in the blender and select the smoothie function (or choose the position that you like the most). If necessary, add some chia seeds into the glass. Enjoy your delicious healthy smoothie!
