
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 450 g chickpeas (can) (keep the moisture)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation method
Press the garlic and fruit for about 2 minutes in the olive oil. Put the chickpeas in the blender with 1 teaspoon of the stored moisture and mix until the mixture is smooth. Then add garlic, sesame seeds and salt and pepper, and mix until the humus has your desired consistency. Delicious on a bruschetta with basil and diced peppers
