The Princess Multicooker has a special sous vide program where you can set the temperature in steps of 0.5 degrees from 45˚C up to 95˚C. For the perfect steak you add the steak, two sprigs of thyme and two lumps of butter to a vacuum bag and seal this with the Princess 492967 Vacuum food sealer. Let it cook for 1 up to 4 hours at 54˚C for medium rare.

Bake, roast and steam
The Princess Multicooker can also roast meat and steam rice and vegetables. This way the Multicooker can replace almost all your kitchen appliances.
