The ice cream makers can be divided into standard ice cream makers and ice cream makers with a freezer compressor. The standard ice cream makers have a removable bowl which has to be left in the freezer for at least eight hours. The ice cream machines with a freezer compressor, on the other hand, cool the ice cream to at least -35 ˚C, so you do not have to put it in the freezer yourself.
