Sous Vide & Slow Cooking
Sous vide is French for "in a vacuum", or vacuum cooking. By vacuum packing the meat with the Princess Vacuum Sealer and gradually cooking it in the hot-water bath of the Sous Vide & Multicooker, you cook sous-vide meals just like the French do, retaining the taste and the nutrients.
Taste the difference when slow cooking stews, soups or rendang in the Princess Sous Vide & Multicooker at a low temperature.
