The pulp outlet is a small part that is sometimes lost; if that happens you can order a new one here.
It may be that you have an older model, where the pulp outlet consists of two parts (see the big picture). These two smaller parts are equal to one newer pulp outlet. You can then still purchase these because it is also fitting.
